The society was constituted on 24^th March 1961 and the first building of the society was built in 1969-70. Hospital run by the society started its services in the year 1961 and in 1963 under the aegis of the society, “Shri Narain Ayurvedic College” was started. Initially college worked under the Ayurvedic  Department of Rajasthan Government, later it ran Ayurvedic courses after getting affiliation from Rajasthan University and Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayag.

After the Corona Pandemic, Shri  Narain Dharmarth Ausdhalaya Samiti, took decision of starting UGC approved course of B.Sc.( Honors) in Aircraft Maintenance by establishing a New College “ Parmanand Sharma Smriti Mahavidyalaya”, For which NOC from Rajasthan Government and Affiliation from Jai Narain Vyas University was taken and college started in the year 2022.
